At UNWD, protecting your personal data is a top priority. We are committed to complying with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), as well as the Apple App Store Review Guidelines and Google Play Store Guidelines.

1. Who are we?

The ROBBI app is published by:
UNWD, a simplified joint-stock company (SAS) with capital of €1,000, registered under number 929 422 418 with the Paris Trade and Companies Register (RCS), and headquartered at 8 bis rue Baron – 75017 Paris, France.

UNWD is the data controller for all personal data collected via the ROBBI app and its website www.robbi.io.

2. Data we collect

We only collect the data necessary to provide our services — with your explicit consent.

Types of data that may be collected:

  • Identity: first and last name, gender, date and place of birth

  • Contact details: postal address, email address, phone number

  • Connection data: IP address, browser type, device ID, time zone

  • Usage data: in-app navigation, visited pages, session duration

  • Financial data: IBAN, transaction history, billing address

  • Location data (if enabled by the user)

  • Photo ID (in case of identity verification)

  • Data from third-party SDKs for analytics purposes (see §6)

3. Why do we collect your data?

We process your data to:

  • Create and manage your user account

  • Provide you with personalized experiences

  • Help you monetize your data

  • Secure your account

  • Analyze and improve the app

  • Communicate with you

  • Comply with legal and contractual obligations

Legal basis: your consent, contract performance, legal obligations, or legitimate interest (if justified).

4. Consent & Withdrawal

You may withdraw your consent at any time, without justification, either directly in the app or by contacting us at:

Withdrawal will not affect the legality of processing carried out before your request.

5. Sharing your data

We do not share your personal data with any third parties for commercial purposes without your prior consent.

However, we may use third-party services that are strictly necessary for the operation or improvement of our services, such as:

  • AB Tasty, Amplitude (analytics)

  • Sentry (bug detection)

  • Firebase, Apple, Stripe, etc.

These providers are selected for their GDPR compliance and strong data protection policies.

No data is transferred outside the EU without proper safeguards (standard contractual clauses or adequacy decisions).

6. Cookies & Mobile SDKs

On our website www.robbi.io, we use cookies to measure traffic and improve your browsing experience.

In the mobile app, we use equivalent tools known as SDKs, for purposes such as:

  • Security

  • Performance analysis

  • Personalized content

You can manage your privacy preferences anytime in the app by going to:

My Profile > Close Account > Delete My Account
Deleting your account will also delete your data and withdraw your consent automatically.

7. Data retention

Your data will be retained:

  • For as long as your account is active

  • Then for up to 30 days after account deletion

  • Or for 24 months after your last activity if the account is inactive

After these periods, your data will be securely deleted or anonymized.

8. Data security

We use encryption protocols, monitoring tools, and industry-standard practices to protect your data against unauthorized access, loss, or misuse.

Access to your data is restricted to authorized UNWD personnel within the strict scope of their duties.

9. Your rights

Under the GDPR, you have the right to:

  • Access your data

  • Rectify or delete your data

  • Object to the processing

  • Limit how your data is used

  • Receive a copy of your data (portability)

  • Withdraw your consent at any time

  • Not be subject to automated decision-making
